Oslob encounters: whale sharks and waterfall hikes

Oslob has become famous for its whale shark encounters at Tan‑awan, and we couldn’t resist the chance to see these gentle giants. We snorkelled alongside them but also learned about the criticisms of feeding practices. To balance the experience we visited Tumalog Falls—tall and misty—and cooled off in its shallow pools.
